Code of Conduct
Casinos that are licensed and accredited by the Internet Gaming Commission
must adhere to a strict Code of Conduct, which means each accredited
casino has to guarantee:
To maintain a gaming license.
Consumer privacy and
confidentiality.
Truth in advertising, including promotional
terms.
It maintains an audit trail for each
customer.
It provides rapid response to customer
support queries.
It pays out winnings and account
balances promptly on demand
it maintains adequate controls to
prohibit minors from accessing their gaming systems.
It must respond to dispute resolution
inquiries from the Internet Gaming Commission within 72 hours.
Dispute resolution
You may submit a dispute to the Internet Gaming Commission regarding
to all casinos listed in the directory. Note that only accredited
casinos have agreed to behave according to the Code of Conduct described
in the previous section. Do no expect disputes with casinos listed
in the unlicensed or caution categories to be solved.

Casinos that are licensed and accredited by the Internet Gaming Commission
are entitled to carry the Internet Gaming Commission Logo. Check if
the casino that carries the seal is actually entitled to it, by looking
it up in the casino directory of the Internet Gaming Commission. The

Bulletin boards
The Internet Gaming Commission maintains a couple of bulletin boards
containing player comments regarding their online gambling experiences
with casinos. It seems these bulletin boards are not moderated. You
must be a supporting member to post a message to a bulletin board.
A supporting member pays a $10 donation to the Internet Gaming Commission.
Supporting members can opt to receive e-mail alerts regarding to new
casinos added to the directory or new disputes regarding to existing
casinos in the directory.
