Your Bankroll at an Online Casino
An online casino bankroll is what gamblers use to make their wagers.
There are a lot of choices in online gambling but you only have
one bankroll. How do you pick and choose the best wagers? How do
you manage your bankroll?
Most of your bankroll should be used for wagers where you have
the best chance to win money. That sounds obvious but it is not.
There are going to be times when you play casino games, make a parlay
or bet a race where your chances of winning are not that great but
you want to take a shot. These types of wagers are considered secondary
and really don’t have a high margin of return. You might want
to divide your bankroll into a 90-10 ratio where 90% of your wagers
are for the main casino games you play and the other 10% is for
fun wagers. You might even call that other 10% a recreational bankroll.
When you look at your overall bankroll you need to decide upon
the amount of each wager you make. And it should not be a large
percentage. You can’t go risking half your bankroll on a given
wager. You shouldn’t even be risking 10%. Your wagers should
be 2% or less of your overall bankroll. You might even want to separate
your bankroll into sessions where you take a shot at blackjack,
slots or some other casino game with just a small percentage of
your overall bankroll. If you want to win money in the long run
you have to manage your bankroll properly.
